When your bottle(s) arrive to us for restoration:
Once we receive the bottle(s) from you, we immediately will get to work on the restoration and tumbling process. Your bottle will be cleaned by hand with all debris, varnish, and other debris removed prior to being placed in the tumbler. The bottle will then be inspected for any damage such as chips or cracks. Any concerns will be relayed and options discussed with you prior to starting the restoration.
We will begin to tumble and restore your bottle back to the day it was manufactured (to the best of the bottles ability). This process can take 5-10 days for restoration. Please allow 30-45 days for bottle turn around time during times that we have a large amount of bottles being restored. We will do our best to give the closest estimate prior to you sending us your bottle.
During the tumbling process we will closely inspect your bottle and make adjustments as needed to ensure your bottle is being properly cleaned and cared for.
Once the restoration process is finished, we will provide a photo of the bottle and safely prepare your bottle to be shipped back to you safely. We will then invoice you for the cost of the tumbling + your choice of S & H. Again, we recommend insuring the bottle both ways. We have also been shipping bottles for over 15 years and will safely package your bottle for its return.
